Our task was to construct multiple state-of-the-art computing labs, seamlessly integrating them into the existing infrastructure. Hemenway was entrusted with the Design-Build responsibility, from concept to completion and preventive maintenance.

We built four advanced quantum computing labs featuring top-notch sound and air barrier protection, precise humidity and climate control, accessible chilled water and compressed air points, independent clean agent fire suppression systems, and HEPA air filtration. Additionally, we constructed seven offices and a conference room, all tailored to meet the needs of a high-technology firm.

We take pride in having completed the project three months ahead of schedule, in just nine months, and well under the original budgets, resulting in a remarkable 46% cost savings.
