Description: Full gut renovation of 5 floors mixed use brownstone in Boston’s Back Bay. 2 retail stores and 3 office suites. Building sustained a fire and significant sprinkler damage. Hemenhalt was able to restore occupancy for existing tenants not affected within one week of fire loss. Complex project including compliance and coordination with insurance adjusters and existing sub-contractors already under contract on the building.
