Peabody Terrace is an 81,675 sq.ft. 9 story multifamily building that was constructed in 1968. The building features 69 condominium units and a variety of amenities.

Currently, we are performing an upgrade of mechanical heating, domestic hot water boiler system, and retrofit of runtal radiator heating system for the entire building. The work also includes electrical and fire alarm upgrades, architectural and finish work, and all mechanical work in common areas and within the 69 occupied units. Hemenway Construction is completing these upgrades in a professional and proactive manner as residents continue to occupy the building.
